Apr 9 2009 Full Moon

Mars is moving past the critical irritation zone opposite Saturn and into a new adventure: as Venus retrogrades; Mars, Venus, and Uranus will converge soon; while Mars and Venus will stay conjunct a bit longer, through the end of the month. This trio is rare, once every 20 or 30 years and represents, in plain english: sex, and not just the plain Vanilla variety. Vanilla/Amber/Coconut/Pachouli at least. On a bed of Rose petals. Mars/Venus conjunct may have to sort out the distinction between love and lust, and Uranus added to the mix is electric/eclectic, living juicy, a bit bawdy, playful. Through the end of April at least. Afterwards, you are on your own in that department. Today, there is a Full Moon in Libra exact at 7:56 am PDT. If you were up all night, that would explain it. Moon will be trine Jupiter exact at 9:20 am PDT, trine Chiron exact at 5:08 pm PDT and trine Neptune exact at 6:46 pm PDT when Moon goes Void of Course till the middle of the night. At 2:23 am PDT tomorrow, Moon enters Scorpio. The flavors today are generally good, an intense, but pleasurable morning and relative ease with creativity in the afternoon, along with it being a good time for imaginative solutions to issues/callings that have lingered since childhood. Don't expect any followthrough this evening, it will lack mojo, and be a good time for review or just chilling. Watch a good Arthouse flick.

The Birthcard today is the Queen of Diamonds, a Saturn implementation of a Mercury core, with a 3 of Diamonds inside and a 9 of Diamonds outside. Captain Beefheart, Lloyd Bridges, Hugh Hefner, Jerry Zucker, Aristotle Onassis share this Birthcard, along with Edward Teller, Antonin Scalia, and Rupert Murdoch.
