Our friend the Moon will be finishing up in Aries this morning---sextile Chiron exact at 6:10 am PST, then sextile Neptune exact at 9:52 am PST when she goes Moon Void of Course till 7:33 pm PST at which time Moon enters Taurus, heading towards a trine with Pluto at midnight PST. A morning of sensitivity, dreaminess, awareness of childhood woundings followed by a no-mojo-just-chill kind of day, then an evening of deep, intense passionate feelings.

The Jupiter/Mercury/Juno/Mars (stellium) conjunct is spreading out a bit, but not till Moon in Aries near Venus gives them a bit of emphasis throughout today. Moon will be sextile Jupiter exact just after noon PST, conjunct Venus exact at 3:57 pm PST, sextile Juno exact at 5:32 pm PST, sextile Mercury exact at 8:20 pm PST, then sextile Mars exact at 10:48 pm PST. The stellium sextile Venus has been poetically described in previous posts; it should be a relatively harmonious emphasis by the Moon today, but expect more relational/nesting/attraction flavors today.There is a significant slow moving conjunction that will be with us through the beginning of 2012: Chiron conjunct Neptune in Aquarius. Mercury and Mars will be joining this conjunct in the next few days, so expect to be hearing more from/about the pair soon. Chiron is best known as the "wounded healer", associated with childhood woundings that have the potential to become gifts. Neptune is just plain mysterious. There is potential for a greater acceptance of "non-traditional" healing modalities over the next few years as the many heavenly bodies sweep across this pair. Moon will be square Pluto exact at 6:48 pm PST. Be aware of potential for power struggles, obsessive emotions, but also a chance to see the beasties inside. If it seems like more of the same, it is: we still have Jupiter/Mercury/Juno/Mars conjunct sextile Venus and square Vesta. More relating, more digging. Whaddya really want? This would not be a good time for a shaky couple to watch "Bridges of Madison County" together, although the theme is fitting of current transits.

With the stellium (see last couple posts) continuing to emphasize relational stuff for lack of better words, Moon in Pisces will be sextile Vesta exact at 7:12 am PST. Probably a bit of easing on the relational tension if it has not already lifted. However, later in the day, Moon will be lighting up the Saturn/Uranus opposition, opposite Saturn exact at 5:26 pm PST and conjunct Uranus exact at 10:09 pm PST when she goes Moon Void of course till tomorrow afternoon. Likely a bit of upsetting the apple cart this evening, with not much relief tomorrow morning. The usual advice, just chill.
Speaking of Saturn, remember that those born around September, ie Virgos or anytime in the years 1955, 1984 may be feeling a bit repressed, oppressed, heavy, squishy, as Saturn in retrograde is backing up into Virgo near those Natal Suns for the prior, and near the Natal Sarturn for the latter through May 2009. Anything superficial in your life, anything non-essential, anything repressed and put off for later will likely get attention for the next few months. Saturn gets a bad rap for good reasons, but can be an ally as the stern teacher of tough love.

The one and only Moon enters Pisces, her home away from home right before the crack of Dawn today after being Void of Course overnight. Moon will be sextile Pluto, exact at 10:33 am PST, then conjunct Sun exact at 5:35 pm PST. The continuing stellium of Jupiter/Mercury/Juno/Mars is not being transited by the Moon, but the Pluto sextile would indicate a need for depth over superficiality which will likely be in context of relationship if there is one. New Moon is a beginning, as the Moon begins the two week waxing phase, so anything stuck or stagnant may wake up around now.

May be a bit of revisiting childhood woundings that have potential to turn into gifts if they have not already. Illusions, delusions, fantasies are likely to take centerstage tonight, but avoid self-medication as hypersensitvity will be part of the experience. The veil between worlds may be thinner than usual, and there won't be much traction for action tonight. Best to reflect on things rather than react to perceptions, no matter how colorful they may be.

Mercury is joining the Jupiter/Juno/Mars conjunction, technically a stellium now, adding a bit of expression or expressive flair to the home/relation meme. With Vesta square and Venus sextile, this is quite a combo, Home on the Range meets Vicki Christina Barcelona. Hopefully set to the music of the latter. This time with feeeeling: Our friend the Moon in Aquarius will be enhancing the experience, lighting this up today---conjunct Mercury exact at 1:33 pm PST, conjunct Jupiter exact at 4:33 pm PST, square Vesta exact at 7:50 pm PST, conjunct Juno exact at 8:43 pm PST, conjunct Mars exact at 10:48 pm PST. When Moon transits a cluster such as this, the individual flavors are less obvious, except when the transit also happens to nail someting on your natal/birth chart---rather like a good pot of soup which is more than just the individual ingredients---although one will recognise individual parts within the combo, in context with the combo. Hungry for life yet? With it's myriad of nuances combining in new ways to make yet new nuances? Me too. This is a good day for it.
