Dec 31 2008 Last Chance this Year

Moon starts out in Aquarius, goes Void of Course from 10:34 am PST till 4:27 pm PST, when Moon enters Pisces, her home away from home, to welcome in the New Year. Juno is trine/sextile the continuing Saturn/Uranus opposition. Further rounding out the Year, we have a cluster of Heavenly Bodies in a couple of Constellations, Capricorn and Aquarius, so simplistically, if things feel a little lopsided, they are for now. In the morning Moon is conjunct Venus, exact right before VOC, so a good morning for warm fuzzies and cuddles, especially before Saturn goes retrograde, where it will be till May 2009. Being that Saturn has a reputation for, er, sternness, retro may not feel much heavier, just more Saturnish when transited. On a positive note, it is a good evening for partying, as Moon is sextile Pluto, exact at 6:55 pm PST, and sextile Mars, exact at 11:49 pm PST.

The Birthcard today is the Joker by most accounts. Like the Number Zero, it is an enigma, including to itself. Henri Matisse, Anthony Hopkins, Andy Summers, John Denver, Donna Summer, and Val Kilmer are all New Year's eve babies, and therefore share this Birthcard.

Dec 30 2008

Moon in Aquarius will be conjunct Chiron, exact at 5:19 pm PST, so in addition to this weather report, expect intensified emotions, possibly of a mothering/smothering nature.

The Birthcard today is the Ace of Hearts, a Jupiter implementation of a Uranus core, with an Ace of Diamonds inside and a Three of Hearts outside. Tiger Woods, Tracey Ullman, Davy Jones, Michael Nesmith, and Bo Diddley all share this Birthcard and Birthday.

Monday, December 29, 2008

Dec 29 2008

Moon passed through a brief Void of Course into Aquarius in the wee hours. See the weather report here. Moon will be conjunct North Node at 9 pm PST, adding a feeling of familiarity, being in place.

The birthcard today is the Two of Hearts, a Venus expression of a Neptune core, paired with the Ace of Clubs. It is one of two pairs of Cards that trade places back and forth within each pair. Also, rare as there is only one day on which this Birthcard occurs. Charles Goodyear, Pablo Casals, Mary Tyler Moore, Ted Danson, Paula Poundstone all share this Birthcard.

Sunday, December 28, 2008

Dec 28 2008

Moon in Capricorn will be sextile Uranus, exact at 6:46 am PST, conjunct Juno at 9 am PST, trine Saturn exact at noon PST, and conjunct Mercury exact at 7:53 pm PST. There is a weather report here. Try something different this morning. The trine with Saturn should add support for such forays, and Juno is likely to add a nurturing facet to the mix. In the evening, there may be a bit of chattering, triviality, where feelings take over reason. Wait till tomorrow to make any major decisionns.

The Birthcard of the day is the Three of Hearts, a double Mercury, with an Ace of Hearts inside and a Queen of Clubs outside. Paraphrasing: the heart has reasons that reason does not understand. Mark Twain, Winston Churchill, Abbie Hoffman, and of course Samuel Clemens are incarnational expressions of this Card, or visa versa.

Dec 26 2008 almost New Moon

How were your dreams sleeping off too much food in parts of the world, and too little elsewhere? Moon was sextile Neptune last night, good for dreams, no particular meaning per se, just good for dreams. For Boxing Day, as Mars is almost conjunct Pluto---and is conjunct Mars, exact at 3:25 pm then Moon Void of Course for only half an hour, then into Capricorn. Moon will be conjunct Pluto, exact at 6:07 pm PST. Likely a feisty day.

Today's Birthcard is the Five of Hearts, a Saturn implementation of a Venus core, with a Four of Diamonds inside and a Five of Clubs outside. Jon Stewart, Randy Newman, Grace Slick, Steve Allen, and Kitty Dukakis are incarnational expressions of this Card.

Thursday, December 25, 2008

Dec 25 2008

Moon in Sagittarius will be square Uranus, exact at 5:46 pm PST, sextile Venus, exact at9:22 pm PST, and almost too late for Sarturnalia, square Saturn exact at 11:10 pm PST. A bit of a mix, with upsets/surprises from Uranus, and warm fuzzies from Venus, and finishing of the day with the lessons of Saturn.

The Birthcard of the day is the Six of Hearts, a double Mars, with a a Four of Clubs inside and a Three of Diamonds outside. Various incarnations expressing this Card are Richard Dreyfuss, Henry Winkler, Isaac Newton, Annie Lenox, and a spectacular example of the shadow side of this Archetype: Karl Rove.

Wednesday, December 24, 2008

Dec 24 2008

Mars is close to conjunct Pluto, exact by the 26th, see the Dec 17th post. The Moon in Sagittarius will be sextile/trine the north and south node axis, which should somewhat mellow out the rather intense tendencies of the Sun/Mars/Pluto loose conjunction. Continuing through next week, there may be a tendency towards a little too much go-juice, to the point of possible disruption.

The Birthcard of the day is Seven of Hearts, a Venus expression of a Mercury core, with an Eight of Hearts inside and an Ace of Spades outside. Varied incarnations of this card include Randy Newman, Rich Little, Tina Turner, Ava Gardner, and surprisingly to some, Bill Gates.

Tuesday, December 23, 2008

Dec 23 2008

Before dawn, Moon in Scorpio was sextile Mercury, square Venus, and trine Uranus. Do you remember your dreams? Moon is sextile Saturn, exact at 10:35 am PST; square Neptune, exact at 11:34 am PST; and in the evening sextile Jupiter, exact at 9:29 pm PST, followed by Moon void of course till 3 in the morning tomorrow. In the morning today, one may feel like being a bit of a loner, eschewing chattering crowds, and prefer a dreamy winterworld kind of experience. As always with hard Moon Neptune transits, avoid self medication. In the evening, things should be more copacetic. See the Dec 17th post for an overview of this week.

The Birthcard of the day is the emotionally powerful Eight of Hearts, a Neptune implementation of a Jupiter core, with a Seven of Spades inside and a Seven of Hearts outside. Various examples of expression of this card are Robert Bly, Richard Gere, Madeline Kahn, Harry Shearer, and the one and only John Cleese.

Monday, December 22, 2008

Dec 22 2008

Sun passed exact conjunct Pluto last night, and our friend the Shadowy Moon in Scorpio will be square the North/South Node axis around noon. Likely deep, emotional day. Superficialities will be swept under, and communications will tend to be emotional. Neither good nor bad, just more in that domain. If the intellect is stymied, don't even try, just use the feelings, communicate emotionally. The Heart has reasons that reason does not understand.

The Birthcard of today is the Nine of Hearts, a double Saturn with a "veiled" double Venus. Brigitte Bardot, Bootsy Collins, Hillary Clinton, Mira Sorvino, and Seymour Cray are different examples of this incarnations expressing through this Birthcard.

Dec 21 2008 Winter Solstice

Sun entered Capricorn early this morning, right around Winter Solstice. Plenty of history, lots of imitators...this is one of two stillpoints. In the Northern Hemisphere, if one is sufficiently tuned to the rhythms of nature, one can feel this stillpoint, somewhat like the point between breaths, only on a much longer timescale. Moon will be sextile Mars, exact at 7:21 am PST, then square Jupiter, exact at 8:57 am PST, when she goes Moon Void of Course till 3:36 pm PST. Then, Moon will be sextile Sun, exact at 4:39 pm PST and sextile Pluto, exact at 5:21 pm PST. Good morning for action, with a magnanamous touch. The Moon Void of Course through mid-day makes it a perfect time to reflect on the stillness of the Winter Solstice. Then, a good evening for depth and passion.

Today's Birthcard is the Ten of Hearts, a Jupiter implementation of a Mars core, with a Jack of Clubs inside and a Five of Spades outside. Charlie "Bird" Parker, Jane Fonda, Harpo Marx, J. K. Rowling, and Phil Donahue are various examples of expression of this Card.

Saturday, December 20, 2008

Dec 20 2008

Moon in Libra is square Mercury, exact at 6:22 am PST, then trine Venus exact at 10:02 am PST. Later, around 3 pm PST, Moon will simultaneously be square Juno and trine Chiron. First thing in the morning, there may be a bit of a stressor in reconciling thoughts and emotions, but that will get much better by mid morning. Moon trine Venus would be analogous to the pleasure center of the brain. Enjoy when it happens. Later in the day, the mood may shift to a more serious one around partnerships, family, nurturing.

The Birthcard today is the Jack of Hearts, a Venus expression of a Jupiter core, a source card with the same inside and outside, all JH all the time. Charles De Gaulle, Ahnold the Governator, T.S. Elliot, Uri Geller, and George Gershwin are various expressions of this Card.

Dec 19 2008 Waning Moon 3rd quarter

Moon in Libra will be square Pluto today, exact at 7:52 am PST. Possibility of stuck feelings, OCD tendencies, emotional conflicts around guilt or jealousy. The upside is that one can face what comes up from the deep head-on, and find great insights into what has lurked in the depths. See the Dec 17th posting on longer trends.

The Birthcard today is the Queen of Hearts, a double Neptune with a Ten of Spades inside and a Nine of Clubs outside. Jennifer Beals, Goldie Hawn, Anita Roddick, Edith Piaf and Catherine Zeta-Jones all share this Birthcard.

Thursday, December 18, 2008

Dec 18 2008

Moon in Virgo, last quarter waning will start off the day trine Juno. Then, opposite Uranus, exact 10:06 am PST. Then conjunct Saturn, exact at 2:58 pm PST, then square Mars exact at 7:08 pm PST. After Hours, Moon will be trine Jupiter, exact at 11:05 pm PST. Quick and dirty synopsis: the day will start off nice, then have tendencies of not so fun, then end on a good note. More details of the flavors of these transits can be found following the links at the left, or by searching past posts. I'm feeling lazy as I write this. Just today.

Today's Birthcard is the powerful King of Hearts, a Mars expression of a Mercury core, with a Two of Clubs inside, and a Nine of Spades outside. Joe Biden, Steven Spielberg, Robert Byrd, Bobby Kennedy, Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis, and Linda Eastman McCartney all share this Birthcard.

Wednesday, December 17, 2008

Dec 17 2008

Overnight, the one and only Moon in Virgo made a grand trine with Pluto and Vesta. Later she will trine Mercury, exact at 3:49 pm PST. After getting off to a deep, intense start, the day is likely one of a balance between emotions and rationale, with better than usual communication of both thoughts and feelings. Sun is approaching conjunct Pluto, so for the next couple weeks, life as a spectator sport will not cut it. Be aware of undercurrents. By Dec 21, as Sun is conjunct Pluto, Mars is in the orb, to follow the Sun and conjunct Pluto on Dec 26, boxing day. Appropriately so, as Mars/Pluto is in some ways the "fighting jock" transit. Just another co-incidence or synchronicity depending on how you look at it.

The Birthcard today is the Ace of Clubs, a Mercury expression of a Venus core, paired with the Two of Hearts. It is one of two pairs of Cards that trade places back and forth within each pair. Various incarnational expressions of this Card are Calvin Klein, Jodie Foster, Jack Welch, Dick Cavett, and Meg Ryan. Ironically, the character played by Jodie Foster in the Movie "Contact", Ellie Harroway had this same Birthcard (a different Birthday, but the same Birthcard). Is that random or what?

Tuesday, December 16, 2008

Dec 16 2008

Mars is exact sextile Neptune today, and will remain within the orb for the next week or so. Possibly a bit more kick-back, self reflective with empathy and caring for those around you. Moon in Leo will be opposite Neptune and trine Mars around 11 am PST. Moon will be trine Sun at 4:45 pm PST, after which she will enter Moon Void of Course till a bit after midnite. In the morning there may be high sensitivity, to the point of feeling inferiority or lack of confidence with a mixed signal saying go for it, start something. By early afternoon, the mood should be better, less mixed. It will be a good evening to chill, wrap things/projects up, hang with friends, go see an arthouse flick.

The Birthcard today is the Two of Clubs, a Uranus implementation of a Saturn core, with an Ace of Spades inside and a King of Hearts outside. Arthur C. Clarke, Tom Petty, Sandra Bullock, Mick Jagger, and Segolene Royal all share this Birthcard.

Monday, December 15, 2008

Dec 15 2008

We will be feeling the Mars/Sun T-square of the Saturn/Uranus---although Sun is pulling away from exact conjunct Mars, and Saturn is past exact opposite Uranus, Mars is exact square Saturn today at 2:47 pm PST. Possible issues with fear and authority, safety versus carelessness. Our friend the Moon in Leo will be opposite Venus today, exact at 1:21 pm PST. Venus is close to the north node, and Moon is close to the south node, so a general feeling of good vibes may be tempered with a slight inability to relate them elsewhere, ie share them. This, along with the above mentioned Mars/Saturn highlight may be a wash, but if you proceed with caution rather than recklessness, you may find it to be a friendly universe after all today.

The Birthcard today is the Three of Clubs, a Saturn implementation of a Mars core, with a Five of Diamonds inside and a King of Diamonds outside. Recognizable names of incarnations expressing through this Birthcard include Freeman Dyson, J. Paul Getty, Howard Dean, Martin Scorsese, and Bill Murray.

Dec 14 2008

If you remember any out of the ordinary, exotic dreams, that was Moon trine Uranus in the middle of the night, finding an playground directly in your sleeping psyche. She will be sextile Saturn exact at 8:40 am PST; later in the day she will be opposite Jupiter, exact at 2:27 pm PST, after which she goes into Moon Void of Course till 10:22 pm PST when she emerges in Leo. There may be a theme today of more solitude, independence, less social or groupthink---in the morning we may feel a need to regroup our feelings, not in a lonely way, but in a way that the good side of solitude can bring. By noon, the mood is likely to be a good one, with a flavor of harmoniously asserting our independence. We do need each other as mirrors and reference points, and this is a good time to cherish the diversity of connections that enriches. Later in the afternoon and through the evening, just chill while Moon is VOC.

The Birthcard today is the Four of Clubs, a Mars expression of a Jupiter core, with a Five of Clubs inside and a Six of Hearts outside. Spike Jones, Jean-Claude Van Damme, Sophia Loren, Tori Amos, and John-David all share this Birthcard.

Dec 13 2008

Hopefully you are still here after yesterday. Any dreams remembered? They might be theraputic, as Moon was opposite the Pluto/Mercury conjunction in the middle of the night. Unless you were up in the middle of the night engaging in some other form of therapy. Today, the Moon at home in Cancer is taking a breather, but all the other transits mentioned a couple posts ago are still there. Later in the day, Moon will be opposite Juno, exact by 9 pm PST, and entering the orb of trine Uranus, exact in the wee hours. Dreams likely more exotic, less theraputic. Likely a bit of a domestic flavor added by Moon opposite Juno, as Juno is in some ways the higher octave of Venus.

The Birthcard of the day is the Five of Clubs, a Mercury expression of a Saturn core, with a Five of Hearts inside and a Four of Clubs outside. Beverly D'Angelo, Ziggy Marley, Arthur Miller, Evel Knievel, Kenny Rogers, and Al Gore are incarnational examples of this restless and inquisitive Birthcard. Think how much better the world would be now...every fork in the road has a better choice. It's up to us to recognise and take that choice.

Dec 12 2008 Full Moon

Full Moon has it's lore, and this one could be more Full Moonish than usual, with a grand cross setting the stage in the morning followed by Moon Void of course throughout the day. Annoyed then Blah. Making the "Grand" cross, Moon is opposite Sun and Mars, and square Saturn and Uranus. Quite a whallop. Just to add to the fun, Mercury is conjunct Pluto, exact at 10:41 am PST (during VOC), so all the penetrating inquiries and deep conversation won't have any traction or resolution. Potentially frustrating. Remember the Beatles? Let it be. Full Moon is exact at 8:37 am PST, the Moon is Void of Course from 10:01 am PST till 10:40 pm PST when she "enters" Cancer, where she feels right at home, sensitive and all. Wear your seatbelts, literally and figuratively today.

The Birthcard today is the Six of Clubs, a Neptune implementation of a Saturn core, with an Eight of Spades inside and a Two of Diamonds outside---either the policeman or the psychic. Yanni (!), Condoleezza Rice (!!), Tim Robbins, Ron Paul, Hunter S. Thompson, and John Glenn are various incarnations expressing through this Birthcard.

Thursday, December 11, 2008

Dec 11 2008

Now that Mercury has moved away from the T-square of the Saturn Uranus opposition, and is almost conjunct Pluto, Sun and Mars have moved to take the place T-squaring Saturn and Uranus. Different kind of edge likely for the next week or so. Penetrating mental inquiries. Other flavors likely are along the line of rebellion against authority figures; difficult choice between duty and self-gratification; pent-upness; upsets; accidents. If one is pro-active (yes, a cliche phrase, but fitting) these tendencies will less likely find a place with you. "Hard" aspects/transits like these "assist" us, or prompt us, give us opportunities (another overused cliche that still fits, cliche or not) to be aware, be current, be conscious, make choices, and paradoxically surrender and let go or allow...generally good strategies in any kind of weather. Shorter term, our friend the waxing Moon in Gemini is trine Venus this morning, exact at 6:11 am PST. The good feelings associated with this transit, cuddly warm fuzzies all around will offset some of the above mentioned stuff. By dusk, Moon will be in the orb of trine Chiron, so the mood may shift from relational to mothering, as in nurturing with a bit more of a one sided slant. In general, it would be good to be alert for the next week or so, slow down, take cautious and deliberate steps.

Today's Birthcard is the Seven of Clubs, a Saturn implementation of a Uranus core, with an Eight of Diamonds inside and a Jack of Spades outside. Bill Clinton, Whoopi Goldberg, Cassandra Peterson (Elvira), Ogden Nash, and Robin Williams all share this Birthcard.

We include familiar names associated with the Birthcards not for celebrity worship, nor for simplistic reductionism, far from it: if one looks deeply into the characters, similar Archetypal "flavors" do appear---each Card has it's flavor. Enjoy the smorgasbord.

Dec 10 2008 Grand Trine

How were your dreams last night? Moon in Taurus was square Chiron overnight, and sextile Uranus right before dawn, so this might be a good morning to process those restless Dreams, they may provide insight into one's woundings that become gifts. As Moon is square Neptune exact at 10:38 am PST, the dreamy state may extend well beyond dawn into the waking hours. Moon is also trine both Jupiter and Saturn who are trine each other for a grand trine till around 2 pm PST, so a feeling of balance will likely be available. From 2:23 pm PST till 11:33 pm PST Moon will be Void of Course, so it would be best to let a perceived lack of mojo for the afternoon and evening just slide...it will pass.

Today's Birthcard is the powerful Eight of Clubs, a Mars expression of a Neptune core, one of the three source cards that is the same inside as outside, WYSIWYG. Thomas Dolby, Hank Paulson, Timothy Geithner, Gary Wright, and Meryl Streep are various incarnations expressing through this Birthcard.

Tuesday, December 9, 2008

Dec 9 2008

Hopefully, you had good dreams last nitey-nite as Moon in Taurus was conjunct Vesta and then square Venus in the middle of the night. Mercury is moving away from T-square of the Saturn Uranus opposition, and Sun is just past conjunct Mars, so we are likely feeling a bit of a mellowing of any edge experienced over the last week or so. Our friend the Moon will be quieter today than yesterday, by afternoon there will likely be a generally harmonious feeling in regards to long term relationships, one of closeness, as Moon enters the orb of trine Juno, exact by 9 pm PST. This may also be a good time to revisit old woundings in the safe context of closeness, as Moon will be in the orb of square Chiron, exact in the middle of the night.

The Birthcard today is the Nine of Clubs, a Venus expression of a Saturn core, with a Queen of Hearts inside and a Six of Diamonds outside. Different incarnations expressing through this Birthcard include John Malkovich, Calista Flockhart, Valerie Innes, Barbara Boxer, Donny and Marie Osmond, and Sammy Hagar.

Dec 8 2008

Another Kaleidoscope day of shifting flavors: Moon in Aries is sextile Neptune, exact at 9:06 am PST; then square Jupiter a bit after noon; then trine Mercury at 1:35 pm PST; then Void of course from a hair after 1:35 pm PST till 10:52pm PST when she "enters" Taurus. And just to round out the day, Moon will be trine Pluto, exact at 11:35 pm PST. Likely to be sensitive earlier in the day, good time to be close to those with whom you can relate. A general feeling of goodwill will also be there, with a possibility of being too overbearing with good intentions. By noon, the words may flow to those with whom you can relate, then during Moon Void of Course the usual advice is to chill. For the afternoon and evening, just let inertia take it's course if possible. Dreams are likely to pick back up the pace, with a theme of depth being likely, or something having deeper meaning if one pays attention to the subtle and not so subtle hints emerging into one's dreamworld.

The Birthcard today is the Ten of Clubs, a Crown expression of a Mars core, with a Jack of Spades inside and a Four of Spades outside. Kim Basinger, Angela Bassett, Hunter S. Thompson, John Glenn, and Bernie Taupin are varied expressions sharing this Birthcard.

Sunday, December 7, 2008

Dec 7 2008

Moon is Aries will be square Juno, exact by sunset, and trine Mars, exact at 10:52 pm PST. See the last few posts for the general flavors of the week, as Moon's emphasis will be felt later in the day. By afternoon, there may be a bit of the classic quandry: one's own emotional needs vs a relationship; but after sunset, self assertion will find a balance point.

The Birthcard today is the ingenious Jack of Clubs, a Uranus implementation of a Venus core, with a Jack of Diamonds inside and a Ten of Hearts outside. Naom Chomsky, Carl Sagan, Jacqueline Bisset, and Ralph Nader all share this Birthcard.

Saturday, December 6, 2008

Dec 6 2008

Busy progression today, a kaleidoscope of flavors. The slower (relatively) moving transits still are: Mercury T-squaring the Uranus Saturn opposition, Mercury sextile Neptune, Jupiter trine Saturn, Sun passing the conjunction with Mars (hope you emerged from yesterday unscathed). See prior post for most of those specifics. There are seemingly polarized influences which will affect each natal chart differently, with the Mercury T-square of Saturn/Uranus adding clarity, and the Mercury sextile with Neptune being dreamy and non-specific.

Our friend the Moon is sextile Jupiter at dawn, sextile Venus exact at 4:43 pm PST, then Void of course till 6:44 pm, then square Pluto exact at 7:22 pm PST. Generally, feeling good and sociable in the morning, feeling closer relationially in the context of sociable later in the day, sub-optimal mojo around dinnertime, then in the evening seemngly abruptly, almost complusively deep feelings will bubble up from the depths. The easy go-with-the-flow approach that worked so well during the day will not be as easy in the evening, but will be essential to keep one's bearings. Any repressed stuff is likely to show up, either directly or covertly.

The Birthcard of the day is the Queen of Clubs, a Mercury expression of a Mars core, with a Three of Hearts inside and a Ten of Diamonds outside. Various incarnations expressing this card include Henry Waxman, Nickolas Sarkozy, Cher, Halle Berry, and Paul McCartney.

Dec 5 2008 First Quarter Waxing Moon

Could be intense today, Sun is conjunct Mars, exact at 2 pm PST, and the Moon in Pisces sweeps square both of them a hair earlier, at 1:30 pm PST. Later in the afternoon, Moon will be into the orb of conjunct Uranus, exact by 10 pm PST. In the middle of the night, Moon will be opposite Saturn. In general, stay away from sharp objects, and be careful with heavy machinery today. There will be energy to start and do things, plenty of go-juice, but be careful to keep it focused so that entropic whoopses don't cause harm. Challenges and irritations may want attention if you let them. Past dusk, there may be a feeling of loneliness with a desire for something new, unusual, or exotic---be aware of potential upsets or surprises. Play safe, or better yet, wait it out, go howl at the half-Moon. It will pass by tomorrow.

The Birthcard today is the King of Clubs, a double Uranus with a Two of Spades inside and an Eight of Spades outside. Those who share this Birthcard include Little Richard, Marie Curie, Arianna Huffington, Joni Mitchell, and Gary Stadler.

Thursday, December 4, 2008

Dec 4 2008

If you felt a vague lack of mojo this morning or got out on the wrong side, don't panic, Moon was Void of Course till 10:23 am PST, when she officially enters Pisces, where if not exactly at home, she should feel an affinity. Moon will be sextile Pluto today, exact at 10:54 am PST, so it will be a good time to pay attention to those deep feelings and emotions that bubble up now, the mysterious may hold more of a fascination than usual. Any OCDish tendencies are best put into something mundane or physical, to give them a healthier outlet.

For the next week or so, Mercury will be T-square of the Saturn/Uranus opposition, so there may be a buzz of intense thinking, almost overwhelming, but with a bit of a block or difficulty communicating those brilliant, clear ideas.

The Birthcard today is the Ace of Diamonds, a Jupiter implementation of a Neptune core, with a Two of Diamonds inside and an Ace of Hearts outside. George Soros, Angela Davis, Jessica Lange,
and Pat Metheny all share this Birthcard.

Wednesday, December 3, 2008

Dec 3 2008

Our friend the shadowy Moon in Aquarius will be sextile Mercury exact at 7:21 am PST, so communications of thoughts/intellect and feeling may well be congruent, at least early in the day. Later in the day, communications may be not as stellar, and sensitivity may run amok, delusions and dreams may take center stage. Art may be the best mode of expression, go see an artsy film. Talk later. Moon will be conjunct Neptune, exact at 6:15 pm PST, followed by Void of Course through tomorrow mid-morning.

The Birthcard today is the Two of Diamonds, a Mars expression of a Saturn core, with a Six of Clubs inside and an Ace of Diamonds inside. Daryl Hannah, Art Garfunkel, Vladmir Putin, and Hugh Grant all have this as their Birthcard.

Tuesday, December 2, 2008

Dec 2 2008

Till afternoon, there is inertia of yesterday's transits, Venus is Pulling away from conjunct Jupiter. What we are likely to feel is Sun conjunct Mars---almost conjunct, and mellowed by a sextile with the Moon in Aquarius, exact with the Sun at 9:45 pm PST and exact with Mars at 11:22 pm PST. Sun/Mars by itself would have an edge to the go-juice, but the sextile of the Moon will make this a bit more conducive to harmonious go-juice.

The Birthcard of the day is Three of Diamonds, a Mercury expression of a Uranus core, with a Six of Hearts inside, and a Queen of Diamonds outside. Harry Reid, Paul Watson, David Brin, Thor Heyerdahl, and Peter Sellers are incarnational examples of this Card.

Monday, December 1, 2008

Dec 1 2008

At Dawn, Moon is conjunct the Venus/Jupiter conjunct, then goes Void of Course from 7:44 am till 10:45 pm PST. Good day to linger longer in bed if possible. Generally, the flavor is likely to be one of good feelings, good relations, being able to "work things out"with harmonious resolution.

The Birthcard of the day is the Four of Diamonds, a Neptune implementation of a Venus core, with a Five of Spades inside and a Five of Hearts outside. Woody Allen, Richard Tarnas, Steve Miller, and Chrissie Hynde all share this birthcard.
