Aug 18 2009

Moon was Void of Course overnight, and enters Leo at 6:57 am PDT, and will be trine Juno exact at 1:50 pm PDT. That is a good, harmonious aspect. However, the smorgasbord is still with us, and will be morphing a bit over the next week: Mercury will move past conjunct Saturn, but Venus will follow/track, remaining sextile with Mercury, so Art and aesthetics will continue to be tantamount. Mars is in the orb of opposite Pluto, and will be exact in a week. Major jock action, extreme sports. The upcoming part that is a little hair-raising is that Pluto will be T-sqaure the Saturn/Uranus opposition in September. Potentially more intense and/or significant than the 2008 US election. Again, a mixed day, with harmony and domination/submission as possible themes. Easy going and hard nosed.

The Birthcard today is the powerful Eight of Clubs, a Mars expression of a Neptune core, one of the three source cards that is the same inside as outside, WYSIWYG. Dwight Eisenhower, Larry Craig, Thomas Dolby, Priscilla Presley, Edmund Muskie, Carol Burnett, Edith Randall, Auguste Rodin, Edmund Hillary, Natalie Wood, Hank Paulson, Timothy Geithner, Austan Goolsbee, Simon Pierre Laplace, Eugène Delacroix, Lauren Bacall, Princess Grace, Roger Moore, John Audobon, Emily Dickenson, Bob Dylan, Gary Wright, Kris Kristofferson, Robert Redford, Meryl Streep, and rumor has it, Maxim Gorky are various incarnations expressing through this Birthcard.
