There is a "Grand " cross with Mars opposite Pluto; and that axis squaring Uranus opposite Saturn and Mercury. Potentially heavy and intense. The euphemism would be "challenging". The good news is that Venus and Vesta are sextile/trine the Saturn/Mercury/Uranus axis, so don't crawl into a cave just yet. On the other hand, Moon/Saturn/Mercury are inconjunct the Jupiter/Chiron/Neptune trio, as are Venus and Vesta symmetrically opposite. Got that? Things, as they are called, may be inconclusive if one is not particularly mindful and careful. Moon in Virgo adds a nudge to the "Grand" cross passing conjunct Saturn exact at 6:24 pm PDT and sextile Venus exact at 11:28 pm PDT. This is much more complex than just the separate aspects of pairs of heavenly bodies. Restless, curious, inquisitive, struggling, opposing, uprooting, restricting. Challenges, but opportunities for the creative. Wear your seatbelts today. Do remember to breathe deeply and to love.

The Birthcard of the day is the Five of Clubs, a Mercury expression of a Saturn core, with a Five of Hearts inside and a Four of Clubs outside. Hubert Humphrey, Rene Descartes, Rachel Carson, Andrew Carnegie, Cesar Chavez, George Orwell, Beverly D'Angelo, Rita Hayworth, Princess Margaret, Ziggy Marley, Twiggy, Count Basie, Duke Ellington, Christopher Dodd, Herb Alpert, Petula Clark, Dick Van Dyke, Arthur Miller, Kim Cattrall, Evel Knievel, Wilt Chamberlain, Kenny Rogers, Al Gore, and rumor has it, Descartes, are incarnational examples of the 5C.
